Why We Built ValidateNine

Too many great ideas fail not because they’re bad, but because they were never truly tested. Validate9 provides a solution with AI focus groups & market research.

Validate9 was born out of a frustration shared by founders, brand strategists, and marketers everywhere: it’s hard to get honest, structured, emotionally intelligent feedback—especially early on. Traditional research is slow. Surveys are shallow. Internal feedback is biased.

We saw an opportunity to build something sharper. A simulation layer between idea and market. Fast, humanlike, and strategic. So we built a AI focus group tool powered by AI personas—each designed to think, feel, and respond like real customers.

The result? Faster clarity. Deeper feedback. Fewer wasted launches.

What We Beleive

Test Before You Build
Ideas are cheap. Feedback is what makes them real.

Real Insight = Data + Analysis
Numbers don’t explain. We show what hits, what misses, and why.

Clarity Comes From Access To Accurate Information
Access to information provides clarity for decisions.

AI Can Be Used To Mimic Real Human Personas
Our AI personas mimic how real people think, feel, and choose.

The Nine Domains Of Validation

Clarity: Is the idea or message easy to understand?

Credibility: Does it feel trustworthy and believable?

Trust: Does it evoke a sense of confidence or safety?

Relevance: Does it speak to the needs and values of the audience?

Emotional Appeal: Does it engage, excite, or resonate emotionally?

Cultural Fit: Does it align with the values, tone, or language of the group?

Memorability: Will people remember it?
Differentiation: Does it stand out from the competition?

Strategic Potential: Is it aligned with smart, long-term positioning?

Each domain is scored 1–10, and each persona provides rationale for their score.
